WHEREAS, there is a drainage issue in the West Section Avenue cross drain area that was caused by the April, 2014 rain event (FEMA #4176-DR-AL) causing damaged headwalls and ditch slopes on the north side of West Section Avenue, and
WHEREAS, the Engineering Department solicited a proposal from Hutchinson, Moore & Rauch, LLC to provide engineering services related to this issue.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves HMR, LLC's proposal in the amount of $19,000.00 to provide engineering services related to the West Section Avenue cross drain, amending Account No. 01-660-8300 accordingly.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
