WHEREAS, the American Legion and Veterans of Foreign Wars has requested the use of Max Griffin Park on May 27, 2013 for their Memorial Day event.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, permit the use of Max Griffin Park requested by the American Legion and Veterans of Foreign Wars for their event on May 27, 2013 at 10:30 AM until noon.
