Coastal Wildlife Rescue Center request to host an Earth Day Festival at Graham Creek Nature Preserve on April 12, 2014.  The event will have food, craft booths, and entertainment free to the public.

WHEREAS, the City has hosted an annual Earth Day Extravaganza for the past two years, and
WHEREAS, the Coastal Wildlife Rescue Center has requested to host the 2014 Earth Day Festival at Graham Creek Nature Preserve on April 12, 2014, and
WHEREAS, the event will be free to the public and include craft booths, food and entertainment, and
WHEREAS, the Coastal Wildlife Rescue Center will follow all rules and regulations of the Preserve rental including the fee and deposits.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1:       Approves Coastal Wildlife Rescue Center to host the Earth Day Festival at Graham Creek Nature Preserve on April 12, 2014 contingent upon obtaining the necessary insurance.
SECTION 2:      This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
