WHEREAS, Pastor Bill Curtin with Foley United Methodist Church is requesting the use of the Heritage Park and Pavilion in an effort to serve the greater Foley community this fall during the ongoing pandemic by offering a temporary weekly outdoor service on Sunday mornings from 10/3/2021 - 12/12/21. WHEREAS, they are requesting all fees to be waived.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Waives the fees for the use of Heritage Park and Pavilion requested by Pastor Bill Curtin with Foley United Methodist Church on Sunday mornings from 10/3/2021 - 12/12/21 from 8:00am - 9:30am.
