WHEREAS, the Street Department is in need of a new front mount mower and has $36,000 budgeted for this item.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the purchase of a John Deere 1575 front mount mower through NJPA 070313-DAC in the amount of $33,706.44 under account 01-607-7010.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
