WHEREAS, the City of Foley approved E-J Builders Inc.'s proposal for construction of the Glenlakes Bike Path Phase II on April 21, 2014 in the amount of $127,881.00 per Resolution #14-0144, and,
WHEREAS, E-J Builders Change Order #1 was submitted and approved for and additional $1,672.00 by Resolution #14-0235 for tree removal, and,
WHEREAS, E-J Builders has submitted Change Order #2 for an additive amount of $1,532.40 for additional sod and seeding that were required for the project, and,
WHEREAS, the new cost for E-J Builders to construct the Glenlakes Sidewalk Phase II project is $131,085.40.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1:      Approves E-J Builders Change Order #2 in the amount of $1,532.40 amending Account No. 12-665-7281, Q64 CONST accordingly.
SECTION 2:      This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
