WHEREAS, Resolution No. 13-0264 declared the Engineering Department's 1997 Ford Crown Victoria, VIN #2FALP71W2VX171819, as surplus, and
WHEREAS, this vehicle is now needed by the General Government IT Division,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1:      Rescinds Resolution No. 13-0264 and approves the transfer of this vehicle from Engineering (Fleet #2498/Asset #3182) to the General Government IT Division (Fleet #2003).
SECTION 2:      This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
