Resolution #14-0497 authorized amending the Pay Classification Plan to convert the Library Technician/Computer Operator to a Library Lab Manager effective December 2, 2014. However, the employee currently serving in the Library Technician/Computer Operator position will need to remain in that position until their retirement on December 31, 2014. Therefore, the resolution needs to make provision for that employee to remain in the Library Technician/Computer Operator position through December 31, 2014.

WHEREAS, Resolution #14-0497 authorized amending the Pay Classification Plan to convert the Library Technician/Computer Operator to a Library Lab Manager effective December 2, 2014 and the resolution needs to make an additional provision for employee #01-0103 to remain in the Library Technician/Computer Operator position through December 31, 2014.  
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1:       Authorizes the position of Library Technician/Computer Operator to remain in the Pay Classification Plan through December 31, 2014 and authorizes employee #01-0103 to remain in that position through December 31, 2014.
SECTION 2:      This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
