WHEREAS, the Maintenance Department is requesting Council to declare the Ranger Tire Changer, Model R23ST (Asset# 100147) and the Viper GT A/C Machine (Asset# 109091) as surplus and to authorize the disposal of the same on GovDeals.com because they are no longer needed.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Declares the Ranger Tire Changer, Model R23ST (Asset# 100147) and the Viper GT A/C Machine (Asset# 109091) as surplus and to authorize the disposal of the same on GovDeals.com.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
