A Resolution to Memorialize the Execution of the Contract with Tetra Tech for the City’s Debris Monitoring Services
Summary
The City of Foley solicited and opened bids on August 12, 2021 at 2:00PM for monitoring services for disaster debris removal. After review and evaluation of the proposals, it was recommended that award be made to Tetra Tech. The City of Foley requests the Council to memorialize the acceptance of the bid submitted by Tetra Tech for Debris Monitoring Services, memorialize the execution of the contract, and requests authorization for the Mayor to execute a task agreement if the need arises. Due to the threat of a current hurricane in the Gulf, the Mayor has already executed the contract with Tetra Tech on August 26th.
