WHEREAS, the Engineering Department requests memorializing the advertising cost and Council approval for soliciting bids for the Glenlakes Bike Path Phase II project.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves memorializing the advertising cost in the amount of $360.00 and soliciting bids for the Glenlakes Bike Path Phase II project, and amends Account No. 12-665-7281 Q64 BID accordingly.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
