WHEREAS, a gazebo on the Rose Trail is in need of either repair or replacement, and
WHEREA, E-J Builder's submitted two proposals. The first proposal in the amount of $12,325 was to repair the gazebo with the same materials as currently constructed. The second proposal in the amount of $20,990 to construct a new 16' wide octagonal shaped pavilion built with concrete and prefabricated steel and a metal shake style roof.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Foley City Council, Foley, Alabama as follows:
SECTION 1: Accepts E-J Builder's proposal in the amount of $20,990 for the construction of a new octagonal pavilion on the Rose Trail.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upons its adoption as required by law.
