We received a request from the Chamber of Commerce to add a street light in the parking lot of the old Engineering Building. They work late nights at times and it is very dark in that parking lot. Riviera Utilities is furnishing an electric vehicle (EV) charging station to be placed in the same area as the light pole at no charge to the City. PW will be creating a green space island to install the light and charging station. Riviera's proposal for the street light is a one-time installation fee of $1,500.
