WHEREAS, Foley Main Street, Inc. is requesting to amend the Foley Main Street borders to be more aligned with the Foley Downtown Overlay District.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves amending the Foley Main Street borders to align with the Foley Downtown Overlay District as shown in the attached map that will become a permanent part of this resolution.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
