WHEREAS, during its regular meeting on March 16, 2015, Council approved Resolution 15-2094 Request Funds for Christmas Decorations, and
WHEREAS, Resolution 15-2094 requested $123,000.00 for the Christmas decorations under Account No.01-619-7010 (Capital Purchase), and
WHEREAS, the Finance Department is requesting Resolution 15-2094 be amended to reflect Account No. 01-619-5010 (Small Tools-Decor/ Light Sets) due to none of the individual Christmas decorations are over $5,000.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Amends Resolution 15-2094 to reflect Account No. 01-619-5010 (Small Tools-Decor/ Light Sets).
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
