WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, has determined that it is in the best interest of the City to acquire certain real property located on East Rose Avenue in Foley, Alabama; and
WHEREAS, the City of Foley has entered into a Purchase Agreement with McConnell Rentals, LLC, for the purchase of said property, subject to approval by the Foley City Council; and
