WHEREAS, the City recently approved an employee health care clinic, and
WHEREAS, the clinic required an unforeseen emergency repair of the sewer laeral at a cost of $1,202.46 which was not budgeted.
WHEREAS, there is a need to memorialize the expense of $1,202.46 that was needed for the emergency repair work.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Memorializes an allocation of $1,202.46 to account #01-620-2192 to cover the expense of the emergency repair of the sewer lateral at the employee health care clinic.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
