    NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:

     SECTION 1:      Sets a public hearing to consider  the passage of an ordinance amending Ordinance No. 387-87 Rezoning Property owned by Smart Living LLC. from PUD (Planned Unit Development-Condo) to PUD (Planned Unit Development-Residential Single Family).

     SECTION 2:     This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
