WHEREAS, SHOW Baldwin will be hosting a fundraiser on June 13, 2026.
WHEREAS, they are requesting the use of the Civic Center and for the fees to be waived.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Waives the fees for the use of the Foley Civic Center for SHOW Baldwin for a fundraiser benefiting a local family in need on June 13, 2026 with a time to be scheduled.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
