Request to apply for the 2015 Recreational Trails Program Grant to complete the mountain bike trail system at Graham Creek Preserve in the amount of $35,000 with a 20% match ($7000) of in kind labor using volunteers and city staff. The grant funds would be used to purchase equipment to grub the trails, bike stations, signage, and parking trailhead improvements. The grant would be a partnership with the local mountain bike group.
