WHEREAS, under enabling Resolution No. 3936-09, the City entered into an agreement with Pitney Bowes for a centralized postal operation machine to cut cost of postage on December 21, 2009, and
WHEREAS, there is a need for a lease agreement for software and inserter.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the lease agreement with Pitney Bowes in the amount of $1,371.00 to be paid Quarterly and amends the budget in the amount of $22.89 Account Number 01-620-6040 for FY12-13.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
