WAIVING FEES FOR HERITAGE PARK PAVILION
WHEREAS, the Women's Care Medical Center has requested the use of Max Griffin Park on March 12, 2016 for their Walk-a-Thon event.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, waives the fees for the use of Heritage Park and Pavilion requested by the Women's Care Medical Center for their fundraiser on March 12, 2016 from 8:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m
