WHEREAS, the City deems it necessary to set standards for design and construction requirements, guidelines, details and standards for the design, development and construction relating to residential, commercial or industrial development within the jurisdiction, and
WHEREAS, the City of Foley desires to place a directional wayfinding sign that would more efficiently direct truck drivers to their intended destination, upon privately owned real estate abutting Alabama Highway 59 and,

WHEREAS, the undersigned are the owners of the property upon which the sign is to be placed, being hereby described as follows, to-wit:

The Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 17, Township 7 South, Range 4 East, EXCEPTING THEREFROM the following described parcel: Commencing at the Southeast corner of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 17, run North 320 feet for a starting point, thence run West 210 feet: thence run North 210 feet; thence run East 210 feet; thence run South 210 feet to the starting point; ALSO EXCEPTING THEREFROM The North 200 feet of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 17, Township 7 South, Range 4 East.
