NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:

SECTION 1:      Reschedules the Council meeting and work session meeting originally scheduled on Martin Luther King, Jr. Day from Monday, January 21, 2013 to Tuesday, January 22, 2013 and reschedules the Council meeting and work session meeting originally shceduled on Labor Day from Monday, September 2, 2013  to Tuesday, September 3, 2013.

SECTION 2:      This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
