WHEREAS, certain traffic signal upgrades are desired at the intersection of AL 59 and CR 10 to improve the safety of motorists, and

WHEREAS, the upgrades have an estimated cost of $24,248.56, and

WHEREAS, ALDOT intends to provide materials for the project at an estimated cost of $10,000.00, and

WHEREAS, Baldwin County intends to share the remaining ALDOT labor and equipment costs with the City of Foley on a 50/50 cost share.
