WHEREAS, OWA requests to host two additional fireworks shows on Saturday, November 21, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. and on Thursday, December 31 2020 at 8:00 p.m. for New Year's Eve.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves fireworks display to be held at the OWA grounds on Saturday, November 21, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. and on Thursday, December 31 2020 at 8:00 p.m. for New Year's Eve.
