A Resolution to Accept a Real Property Transfer from the Public Facilities Cooperative District

 

Body

 

     WHEREAS, during the August 15, 2022 PFCD Meeting, the PFCD Board accepted the land transfer from the City of Foley of approximately .15 acres that is adjacent to the north of Lot 8 of the Wilson-Pecan property described as Tax Parcel #05-61-02-04-0-000-012.010; PPIN# 352424 owned by the PFCD, which contains 2.04+/- acres, and

 

      WHEREAS, the combined acreage of Lot 8 of the Wilson-Pecan property is now 2.19+/-acres, and

 

      WHEREAS, the PFCD Board approved the transfer of Lot 8 of the Wilson-Pecan property to the City of Foley, which contains approximately 2.19+/-acres.

 

     NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:

     SECTION 1:     Accepts the transfer of Lot 8, (Tax Parcel #05-61-02-04-0-000-012.010; PPIN# 352424) of the Wilson-Pecan property to the City of Foley as shown in the attachment that is made a permanent part of this resolution.

     SECTION 2:     This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
