WHEREAS, the Jennifer Claire Moore Foundation has requested the use of Foley Horse Arena at no charge for the Rodeo Queen Horsemanship Competition which is a part of their annual fundraiser event.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves waiving the fees for the use of Foley Horse Arena requested by the Jennifer Claire Moore Foundation for their fundraiser on Thursday, July 17, 2025.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
