WHEREAS, OWA will be hosting their second annual Mardi Gras parade and requests the use of barricades for crowd control.
Now Therefore Be It Resolved That The City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama as Follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the use of a trailer of barricades for their Mardi Gras parade on February 23, 2020, if the barricades are not being used for a City of Foley event.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
