WHEREAS, the Friends of the Foley Library has donated $4,800.00 to the Foley Public Library and,
WHEREAS, the Foley Library has designated the purchase of shelving with the aforementioned donation.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Accepts the donation of $4,800.00 from the Friends of the Foley Library and amends the revenue account # 201-5021-4651.
SECTION 2: Approves the use of the donation in the Library Fund (201) to purchase shelving and amends the following account by an increase of $4,800.00; 201-5021-6053 (Small Tools).
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
