WHEREAS, a request from Volkert, Inc. in conjunction with Alabama Credit Union was made to temporarily close West Verbena Avenue from the alley to the western right of way of Highway 59 for a Business After Hours event to be held on November 25, 2014 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the temporary road closure for the referenced location for the South Baldwin Chamber of Commerce's Business After Hours event to be held on November 25, 2014 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
