WHEREAS, in exchange for removing two billboards, a new smaller digital billboard be erected to replace as listed below.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:

SECTION 1:                       An existing 672 square foot, 72 foot high, digital billboard located on the west side of State Highway 59 across from Tanger Outlet be removed; and,

SECTION 2:                        An existing 880 square foot, 4 sign face, billboard on US Highway 98 (PIN# 691622) be removed; and

SECTION 3:                         A new 381 square foot, 40 foot high digital billboard will be placed on the west side of State Highway 59 (PIN# 67673).

SECTION 4:                     This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
