WHEREAS, improvements are needed for three drainage lines in Graham Creek Estates, and
WHEREAS, the required drainage easements are currently held by the Graham Creek Estates Unit 1 Owner's Association, Inc., and
WHEREAS, the construction cost of the improvements is estimated to be $181,500.00.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
