WHEREAS, The Revitalization and Beautification Advisory Board recommends entering into an agreement for consultation services to develop a plan for Christmas Decorations for the City, and
WHEREAS, The Board requests that the consultation fee be paid out of the General Government Budget.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1:       Approves the Contract with Holiday Creation Inc. for $2,500.00 for Consultation Services for development of a Christmas Decoration Plan, and amends General Government Account No.01-620-3020 (Consultant/Professional Fees).
SECTION 2:      This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
