WHEREAS, the Sanitation is need of a new mosquito sprayer.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the purchase of a new Monitor 4S and Gaurdian 190ES Mosquito Sprayer for the Sanitation Department from Adapco in the amount of $14,815.00 as budgeted under account 01-610-7010.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
