NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, in regular session May 6, 2014 formally accepts the first Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR) ending September 30, 2013 along with Warren Averett, LLC's (Warren Averett O'Sullivan Creel Division) letter concerning the firm's opinion of the audit results. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
