WHEREAS, the City of Foley Public Culture & Entertainment Facilities Cooperative District's FY 27 budget is presented with the City of Foley's FY 2027 budget that will come before the City Council on Tuesday, September 8, 2026, and
WHEREAS, the City of Foley Public Culture & Entertainment Facilities Cooperative District's FY 27 budget needs to be adopted prior to Council presentation.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of the Public Culture & Entertainment Facilities Cooperative District, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves adoption of the City of Foley Public Culture & Entertainment Facilities Cooperative District's FY 2027
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
