WHEREAS, the City of Foley entered into a one-year contract with Adams & Reese, LLP under Resolution 4471-11, which has been renewed annually.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves a one-year contract with Adams & Reese, LLP in the amount of $75,000, payable at the rate of $6,250 monthly, exclusive of reasonable out of pocket expenses (travel, transportation, lodging and meals) beginning October 1, 2016 and ending September 30, 2017.
