     NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:

     SECTION 1:     Sets a public hearing to consider the pre-zoning of property owned by Turf Properties, LLC to PID (Planned Industrial District).

Property is 619+/- acres located south of County Road 26 and west of County Road 65.

     SECTION 2:     This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law
