WHEREAS, Calvary Chapel Fellowship of Foley and the Foley Police Department requests permission to hold a community skate boarding contest at the Foley Skate Park on March 29, 2014 from 12:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. for all age groups.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the use of the Foley Skate Park for a community skate boarding contest on March 29, 2014 from 12:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
