Summary
Women's Care Medical Center is requesting to have the rental fees waived for Heritage Park on February 22, 2020 from 7:30 am until 10:00 am for their annual Walk A Thon fundraiser. Through this fundraiser, they provide early pre-natal care to women with unplanned pregnancies and provide abstinence education in the Baldwin County Schools.

WHEREAS, Women's Care Medical Center has requested the use of Heritage Park and Pavilion at no charge on November 22, 2019 from 7:30 am until 10:00 am for their Walk a Thon event.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, waives the fees for the use of Heritage Park and Pavilion requested by the Women's Care Medical Center for their fundraiser on November 22, 2019 from 7:30 am until 10:00 pm.
