NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the Kiwanis Club's request to hold the 2013 Annual Christmas Parade to be held Saturday, December 7, 2013 at 10:00 a.m.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
