Summary
Foley Sports Tourism would like to purchase enough of the carpet floor covering for complete coverage of our floor. We budgeted $39,000 of Capital Funds for the Event Center. The money would then be used to provide coverage to the remaining 40% of our building. We are requesting to go to bid and purchase if we are under the approved amount.

WHEREAS, Foley Sports Tourism has a need for floor covering at the Foley Event Center, and
WHEREAS, Foley Sports Tourism budgeted up to $39,000 for the remaining floor covering,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
