WHEREAS, the Sanitation Department has a 1998 GMC w/25 yd Heil Body, #1054 Garbage Truck, VIN# 1GDT7H4CXWJ514156, and an International T. Loader, #1061 Recycle/Curb Sorter Truck, VIN# 1HTMMAAN57HS27844, that are no longer needed.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Declares the 1998 GMC w/25 yd Heil Body, #1054 Garbage Truck, VIN# 1GDT7H4CXWJ514156, and an International T. Loader, #1061 Recycle/Curb Sorter Truck, VIN# 1HTMMAAN57HS27844 to be surplus and authorizes the disposal of same on GovDeals.com.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
