WHEREAS, Riviera Utilities has determined that certain City residential sanitation accounts are considered uncollectible at this time and have requested that these accounts be written off for accounting purposes, and
 
      WHEREAS, the request for write-off, submitted by Riviera Utilities in memorandum form, shall become a part of this resolution.
 
      NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Foley City Council in regular session September 17, 2012 that certain City of Foley residential sanitation accounts in the collective amount of $159.64 (ONE HUNDRED FIFTY NINE AND 64/100) Dollars, as listed on the attached memorandum dated September 6, 2012 be written off the books of the City for fiscal year 2011-12.
