WHEREAS, The Street Maintenance requests that Veh# 401058 (Old# 1058) be declared surplus and disposed of through JM Wood Auction in Montgomery, AL .
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Declares the Sanitation Veh# 401058 (Old# 1058) - 2007 Freightliner FLM2 Limb Truck- VIN# 1FVACXDC97HV57367- Asset# 6619 as surplus and approves the disposal of it through JM Wood Auction in Montgomery, AL .
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
