NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Memorializes Riviera Utilities invoice in the amount of $77,615.21 for aid to construction for the Streetscape Phase IV project for Account No. 12-665-7289 Q70 RIV.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
