A Resolution to Waive the Fees for the Foley Civic Center

WHEREAS, Craig Miller is requesting the use of the Civic Center on January 4, 2024 to host the Foley Youth Football and Cheer Banquet, and
WHEREAS, Mr. Miller is requesting the fees for the use of the Civic Center to be waived for this event.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Waives the fees for the use of the Foley Civic Center on January 4, 2024.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
