Consider a resolution to waive permit fees to the minimum for Crossway Christian Fellowship Baptist Church
Body
WHEREAS, Redeemed Baptist Church has received a donated building and are in the process of moving it to their physical location of 17041 U.S. Highway 98 in Foley, Alabama, and
WHEREAS, the church requests that the City waive or reduce the permit fees to the minimum and allow Redeemed Baptist Church to pay the minimum Community Development Department fees.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Agrees to waive all but the minimum Community Development Department fees tot he minimum relating to building permits for Redeemed Baptist Church located at 17041 U.S. Highway 98 Foley, Alabama.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
