WHEREAS, Emmanuel's Place has requested the use of Heritage Park and Pavilion at no charge on November 28, 2019 from 7:00 am until 7:00 pm for their community event to offer free Thanksgiving meals to those in need.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:

 SECTION 1:                     Waives the fees for the use of Heritage Park and Pavilion requested by Emmanuel's Place on November 28, 2019.
